Isabella was born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas. She attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish. During her undergraduate years, she interned at the Attorney General’s Office in Little Rock under Leslie Rutledge where she worked in the Special Investigations Division and Community Engagement department.

After receiving her undergraduate degrees, she furthered her studies in Spain at the Universidad de Salamanca. She then returned to the University of Arkansas at Little Rock where she obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration. She then attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law where she obtained her Juris Doctor degree. During her time in law school, Isabella was a member of Delta Theta Phi, she worked in the Tax Clinic for two semesters, and she worked as a part-time teacher teaching English as a second language to children living in China.

Isabella enjoys traveling, golfing, and cooking. She and her husband, Michael Pestka, share a passion for drag racing.
