Biography

Charley started as a clerk with the firm in 2010, came on board after graduation as an attorney and became a Partner in 2021. Expanding on her business undergraduate degree, Charley obtained her Master of Business Administration while attending law school. She has worked on a wide variety of civil cases for individuals and businesses, from case inception and filing suit to handling appeals. Charley also has a knack for representing and advising businesses in transactional matters outside of litigation.

Charley has been featured as a “Grad to Watch” as part of the UA Little Rock College of Business Distinguished Alumni of the Year. She was selected as a Woman to Watch and for multiple years has been voted as one of the Best Lawyers in Little Rock published in Soirée Magazine. Charley has been named from 2017-2020 as a Mid-South Super Lawyers Top Rated Business Litigation Attorney in Little Rock, AR.

Personal Hobbies

Charley grew up in Texarkana, Texas, and spent a brief stint in Austin, Texas, before settling into Little Rock in 2009. One of Charley’s hobbies includes running—she has participated in dozens of races and completed the New Orleans Marathon with her father. She loves traveling, to cook, and is a member Our Lady of the Holy Souls Catholic Church. Charley is married to Jeffrey Swann who is also an attorney and they have four sons.
