Charley started as a law clerk with the Firm in 2010, became an Associate attorney in 2012 and became a Partner in 2021. Charley currently serves as the Firm’s Managing Partner. Expanding on her business undergraduate degree, Charley took advantage of UA Little Rock’s concurrent Juris Doctor/Master of Business Administration and obtained both degrees in 2012. She has worked on a wide variety of civil cases for individuals and businesses, from case inception and filing suit to handling appeals. Charley also has a knack for representing and advising businesses in transactional matters outside of litigation.

Charley grew up in Texarkana, Texas, and spent a brief stint in Austin, Texas, before settling into Little Rock in 2009. One of Charley’s hobbies includes running. She has participated in dozens of races and proudly completed the New Orleans Marathon with her father. She loves traveling, cooking, and is a member of Our Lady of the Holy Souls Catholic Church. Charley is married to Jeffrey Swann, and they have four sons who keep them on their toes.
